Answer—Disability Access

California · Judicial Council of California · Effective July 1, 2016

This form is used to tell the court and the other side that you disagree with claims made in a complaint or letter about whether a building meets rules for disabled access. It also lets you state reasons why you do not believe you are legally responsible for the issues claimed.

The court describes it as: Tell the court and the other side that you do not agree with what was said in a letter or court complaint claiming that a building that you own or in which you are a tenant does not meet requirements for access of disabled persons and also tell them reasons you are not legally responsible (liable) for things the letter or complaint claims.
