You can use LitigationForms without an account. We don’t ask for your name, case details, or contact information.

What we collect

• Search terms you type are used to return results. We do not tie them to your identity.
• Server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) are kept briefly for security and reliability.
• Checklist progress and theme choice are stored only in your own browser (local storage) and never sent to us.

Analytics and advertising

We may use Google Analytics to understand aggregate traffic and Google AdSense to show ads that keep the site free.
