Notice of Proposed Action (Objection-Consent)

This form is used by the personal representative of an estate to tell interested people about an action they plan to take. It also allows interested people to tell the court if they disagree with (object to) or agree with (consent to) the proposed action.
The court describes it as: Personal representatives of estates use this to tell all interested persons about actions that they plan to take. Also used by people receiving the notice to tell the court if they disagree with (object to) or agree with (consent to) the representative’s proposed action.
