Supporting Declaration for Attorney's Fees and Costs Attachment

This form is a written statement used to explain to the court why someone should or should not be ordered to pay for the legal bills and costs of attorneys. It is attached to other forms when asking the court about fees.
The court describes it as: Explain why the court should or should not order you or your spouse or domestic partner to pay attorneys fees and costs. This is always attached to Request for Attorney's Fees and Costs Attachment (form FL-319) or Responsive Declaration (form FL-320).
