Common questions

What must happen for me to qualify to have my records sealed?
To qualify, no charges must have been filed in court, and one of the following must be true: you completed a diversion agreement, the statute of limitations has expired for all offenses, or you are no longer being investigated for those offenses.
What forms do I need to file with the court?
You need to file the JDF 417 Request, and parts of the JDF 418 Order, JDF 419 Notice, and JDF 435 Order. You must also pay or waive any filing fee.
